Growth Habits: Evergreen shrub or tree 15 to 80 feet high (4.5-24 m); grey bark with white dots; dark green glossy leaves, 2.4 to 6 inches long (6-15 cm)
Watering Needs: Moderate water
Propagation: Easy by seeds (no treatment needed), cuttings
Very invasive in tropical countries.
Blooming Habits:
Small, greenish white, pleasantly fragrant flowers, 0.25 inch in diameter (6 mm), in early summerm in terminal clusters in spring and early summer.
Fruiting Habits:
Small, brownish yellow seed capsules, 0.25 inch in diameter (6 mm), containing sticky shiny orange seeds.
