Growth Habits: Evergreen shrub, up to 24 inches tall (60 cm), similar looking to English lavender, but wider leaves
Flowers: Violet or blue flowers
Watering Needs: Moderate water to little water, well drained soil
This is a species used for the production of oil, although not as high quality as Lavandula angustifolia, it is easier to grow.
Blooming Habits:
The Lavandin has lavender colored flowers, in summer.
