| Home Page | Idria is a monotypic genus. The Boojum Tree on location in Baja California are an extremely bizzarre spectable. They have a conical shape with branchlets spread somewhat regularly around the trunk.
Some author place Idria columnaris in the genus Fouquieria to which it is closely related.
