Origin: Southeastern Australia
Growth Habits: Evergreen shrub or tree, 12 to 20 feet tall (3.6 to 6 m.), 10 to 15 feet in spread (3 to 4.5 m.), bluish green elliptic phyllodes, 1 to 2 inches long (2.5 to 5 cm.)
Flowers: Yellow scented globular, flowers, up to 0.5 inches wide (12.5 mm.), in early spring to late spring
Watering Needs: Little water, needs good drainage, drought tolerant
The species was named in honor of Robert 'Bob' G. Coveny, a botanical collector at Royal Botanic Gardens, Sydney.
