Opuntia decumbens
Origin: Southern Mexico down to Costa Rica
Growth Habits: Sprawling prickly pear cactus, up to 20 inches tall, each pad up to 7 inches long (18 cm), 4 inches wide (10 cm)
Blooming Habits:
Yellow flowers with a tinge of red, 2 inches long (5 cm), followed by pear-shaped purplish fruit.
