The Notocactus like to be kept cool in winter. Water occasionally in winter and regularly in summer. The soil should be acidic.
The name "Notocactus" comes from the Greek "Noto" south and "Cactus" thistle. "Roseo" is Latine for pink and "Luteus" means yellow.
Probably a synonym of Parodia mammulosa.
