Growth Habits: Solitary, 12 inches in diameter (30 cm), 10 inches tall (25 cm), occasionally much taller; 12-20 narrow ribs; 1 central spine, sometimes flattened, to 2.4 inches long(6 cm); 8 radials, 1.2 to 1.4 inches long (3-4 cm).

Blooming Habits:
Greenish yellow flowers, up to 1.8 inches long (4.5 cm), 1.4 inches in diameter (3.5 cm).
