Origin: Probably northern Mexico, unknown in the wild
Growth Habits: Solitary or slowly basally branching, dark green, 6 to 8 inches tall (15-20 cm), 2.4 to 2.8 inches in diameter (6-7 cm); 8 to 10 tuberculate ribs; white round areoles; no central spine; 3 to 6 spreading white needle-like radials with brown or blackish tips.
Blooming Habits:
Violet flowers with obtuse toothed petals, 2.4 to 3.2 inches long (6-8 cm)
