Origin: Bolivia (Cochabamba)

Growth Habits: Tree-like, up to 10 to 13 feet (3 to 4 m); segmented stems, up to 3.6 inches in diameter (9 cm); 7 ribs; 3 to 4 radial spines, 0.2 to 1 inch (0.5 to 2.5 cm) long;


Blooming Habits:
Flowers 4.4 to 4.8 inches (11 to 12 cm) in length, white; fruit 1.2 to 2 inches (3 to 5 cm), yellow
