Origin: Mexico (San Luis Potosi), in a very small area, at 5000 feet elevation (1500 m)
Growth Habits: Solitary, growing slowly to 2.4 inches in diameter (6 cm); flat triangular tubercles becoming concave when mature;
Blooming Habits:
Woolly flower, 1 inch long (2.5 cm), outer segment cream, inner segments pink.
