Origin: South Africa (Eastern Cape: Baviaanskloof)

Growth Habits: Stemless rosettes, slowly clumping, up to 2.4 inches in diameter (6 cm), 6 inches tall (15 cm); 12 to 25 leaves.

Propagation: Seeds, offsets if any.

Very rough leaves are thickly covered with self-colored tubercles. Long, rough, strongly tapering, dark-green leaves grow in three spiraling rows, forming an upright plant. Will cluster/offset, but a bit more slowly.
