  • by seeds, in spring. The seeds can be harvested in autumn. The seeds need stratify 40F 4-5mo..


Propagation:
Hollies have male and female plants. In general the berries appear only on the female plants, and only if there is a male nearby to insure pollination. 'San Gabriel' Holly produces seedless red berries without a need for pollination.
