Origin: Queensland, Australia
Leaf: Bipinnate, 8 to 12 leaves with green top, silvery gray green bottom. 100 to 150 leaflets, 8-10 feet long.
Trunk: Green crownshaft can be purplish in some cultivars, Brown trunks in juvenile, turns light gray, enlarged at its base when the tree mature. 6 to 8 inches in diameter (15-20 cm).
Flower: Cream to greenish, male and female flowers on the same inflorescence. Flower stalk coming from below the crownshaft, 3 feet long (0.9 m).
Fruit: Red. 1.5cm. ovoid.
Seed: Longitudinal fibers.
